No. Replies are only sent between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM, every day of the week. Missed calls outside that window are ignored or held depending on setup.
By default, the system uses your time zone. If needed, you can configure it to adjust based on your lead’s area code.
Yes. You’ll receive their reply directly, and you can continue the conversation from there.
Each missed call triggers a reply individually. If someone calls again, they won’t receive duplicates unless a new call is missed after a set window.
Not yet. Rtrv is currently focused on fast standalone response. CRM sync may be offered in a future update.
