Privacy & SMS Terms 

1. Service Description and SMS Behavior

When a call to a business number connected to Rtrv is missed, the system sends a single, automated, transactional SMS message.
The message is sent only in response to that missed inbound call and is intended to continue or complete the original interaction.

Rtrv does not send marketing or promotional messages.

2. Consent and Opt-In

If a customer initiates contact by calling a business number and the call is missed, a single automated SMS reply may be sent in response to that missed call. 

3. Message Frequency and Timing

Message frequency is limited to one automated reply per missed call.

Messages are sent between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM Eastern Time, Sunday through Saturday, unless otherwise configured by the business.

Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier.

4. Opt-Out and Help

You may opt out of future messages at any time by replying STOP to any message.
For help, reply HELP.

Carriers such as AT&T, T-Mobile, and Verizon are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

5. Information Collected and Use

When you call or text a number connected to Rtrv, we collect:

• The date and time of the interaction
  
  

We do not collect names, addresses, or other personally identifiable information unless you voluntarily provide it in a message.

Your phone number is used only to send the single automated response described above.

6. Data Sharing and Security

We do not sell, rent, or share phone numbers or messaging data with third parties for marketing purposes.

All categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information is not shared with any third parties.

We use secure third-party platforms, including Twilio, and industry-standard safeguards to protect collected data.

7. Acceptable Use

Rtrv may not be used to send unlawful, misleading, harassing, or unsolicited content. Misuse may result in suspension or termination of service.

8. Availability and Liability

Rtrv is provided as-is. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service and are not liable for delays, delivery failures, or indirect damages related to system use.

9. Pricing and Changes

Pricing remains in effect while service is active. If service is canceled and later reactivated, current pricing applies. Terms may be updated periodically, and continued use constitutes acceptance of updates.
